How to save emails on Gmail

Save to Notion can also be an efficient tool for capturing emails on Gmail. This can be particularly useful for archiving newsletters in your digital "second brain" or storing work emails in your reference databases. Here's a simple guide on how to use this feature with Gmail.

Step 1: Open the Extension on an Email You Want to Save

For this example, let's save a newsletter titled “How to Set Goals” by Tiago Forte.

Step 2: Select a Form and Choose the “Mail” Option for the Content Field

After opening the form, you will find a 'Content' field offering two options: “Empty” and “Mail”. Select the “Mail” option.

Step 3: Save and Done! Your Email is Now Stored in Notion

Finally, click on 'Save Page'. This action saves your email, making it accessible in Notion for future reference.
