Need to capture what's on your screen? Follow these simple steps to take a screenshot using the extension.

Method 1 - Screenshot Without a Form

  1. Right-click anywhere on the page.
  1. Select "Save to Notion," then choose "Take Full Page Screenshot" or "Select Zone to Screenshot".
  1. A preview will open. Note that you can (1) change which Notion database you want to save the screenshot to by clicking on the "Add to" section, (2) add a caption by entering text, or (3) edit the image by clicking the "Edit image" button.
  1. Click the "Save to Notion" button or press the Enter key.
  1. (Optional) View the created Notion page by clicking "Open in Notion" on the popup.

And you're done! You've successfully taken a screenshot.

Method 2 - screenshot with a form

  1. Open the extension.
  1. Open a form which has an image field.
  1. Under the image field, click on the “Add” button (Plus Icon).
  1. Click on "Take Full Page Screenshot" or "Select Zone to Screenshot".
  1. The screenshot is added in the field. By hovering it you can either (1) edit it by clicking on the “Edit” button, or (2) remove it by clickign on the “Remove” button.
  1. Click “Save Page” button. the image will be uploaded to Notion and a new page will be created.

And you're done! You've successfully taken a screenshot. Congratulations 🎉!
